Initiate Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your unused Souper Cubes trays in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
